444Royal Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 444Royal platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 444Royal platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and 444Royal as the platform operator. This document takes effect from the date you register your account and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

To register and use the 444Royal platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years on the date of registration
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident who is physically present in Malaysia while using the platform
• Never been banned or prohibited from using online gambling services
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any betting platform
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not acting on behalf of any other person or third party

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on 444Royal. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of our terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice, with all balances and bonuses forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• An active, reachable email address

444Royal does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond 444Royal's control. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.

Withdrawals at 444Royal are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM10,000 (higher limits for VIP members)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 444Royal account
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed
• The standard processing time is 1 to 3 hours for most payment methods
• Withdrawals requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours to process

444Royal reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal that exceeds a certain threshold or is deemed to require further review under our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 444Royal are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement which must be met before any withdrawal can be processed
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered recipient and are non-transferable to other members
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time period — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited
• Each member is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only
• 444Royal reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse
• Wagering with bonus funds on certain games may count at a different percentage towards the wagering requirement

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration
• Conducting transactions linked to illegal activities or money laundering
• Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with 444Royal's systems or infrastructure
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain
• Engaging in any form of fraud related to payment methods

444Royal operates a sophisticated fraud detection system running 24 hours a day. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

444Royal reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account in the following situations:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login) for more than 12 consecutive months
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 444Royal customer support team. Any valid balance in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned within 5 business days of the closure request being approved.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 444Royal shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including betting losses
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond 444Royal's control, such as internet outages, payment provider issues, or natural disasters
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials

444Royal's maximum aggregate liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arises.

444Royal is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The information you provide during registration and use of the platform will be used for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions

It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 444Royal platform after any amendment takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 444Royal platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
